What is the payment method?
Graham & Brown accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express (US & Canada only), Maestro, Solo cards, and PayPal.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email once your parcel is collected from them, you’ll also receive an email containing your tracking information so you can track your parcel or rearrange your delivery directly with the courier.
Please Note - sample orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail so you will receive NO tracking information for these items.
How can I cancel my orders?
Unfortunately, they can’t stop the delivery of goods once your payment has been confirmed, however, all customers have 14 working days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by either contacting them in writing and/or emailing them here. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Graham & Brown, and they will refund the monies as soon as possible within 7 working days.
What happened if items Faulty or Damaged?
They always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact them at Graham & Brown Support and they will try to put this right as quickly as possible.
