Holapick accepts VISA, Mastercard credit card as their secure payment method which accepts all kinds of credit or debit cards. Holapick also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with them.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both them and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
Why was my order cancelled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. Holapick promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for a refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
Holapick offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to their customer service via [email protected] once you decide to cancel the order.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
Holapick will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
What is the exchange/return policy?
The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

What is the refund policy?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Holapick will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
