Why did my friend’s coupon code not work?
There are 2 main reasons that this could occur:
1. Your friend has purchased from Hook & Tackle before. Please note that friends can only benefit from the coupon code savings if they are first-time purchasers at Hook & Tackle.
2. The coupon code has expired. Please check the expiry date.
What is Hook & Tackle exchange policy?
You may exchange a product, so long as you have not worn or damaged it. The product must be returned within 30 days after you received it. Hook & Tackle will issue a refund when they receive the returned product. Please let them know what you would like to exchange the item/s for by contacting their Customer Service Dept. at [email protected]
or dial 1-855-875-9626 ext.# 230 and a replacement order will be set up for you. Since for security reasons they do not retain your credit card information, and easy replacement order form will be e-mailed to you and upon completion of the credit card information, they will process your replacement order. Hook & Tackle will waive the shipping charge on the replacement shipments within the U.S.
