What is the payment method?
Hunter accepts all major credit and debit cards including American Express. You can also choose to pay through PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I amend or cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please click the cancel order button on your order confirmation screen or contact customer service via live chat or the email form here and they will happily cancel your order for you.
If the 30-minute window has passed and the item is not suitable you can send the order back as a return. Please see the returns section of our FAQs for further instructions on how to return an item.
What size should I buy?
They recommend that you purchase the same size as you take in a shoe, their boots allow for wearing thicker socks. If you are in-between sizes they recommend opting for the smaller size for their Original and Field ranges.
For Refined styles, they recommend taking a size up if you are in-between sizes.

What is the return policy?
You can return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of the date the products were shipped to you. They just need you to log your return, you can do this by going to the returns section of your account online.
Do my Hunter boots come with a warranty?
Yes, you will have a warranty for any manufacturing defects for up to 24 months from the date of purchase.
