When does my order process?
If the item you ordered is in stock, the process to get it out the door begins when you click “submit,” or by the beginning of the next business day for orders placed after 4 pm EST Monday through Thursday. For orders placed after business hours on a Friday or on Holidays, your items will begin shipping on the following business day. If you have any questions about timing, please give them a call at 1-800-464-9208. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and your geographic location. How do refunds work with Affirm?
Returns and exchanges for items purchased with Affirm are subject to the standard policies outlined on their Returns and Exchanges page. To begin a return or exchange, please submit a request with their Customer Service team.
After they issue your refund, Affirm will credit your loan balance for the amount of the refund within 3-45 business days. You can see your loan balance in your Affirm account. While you’re waiting for your refund, you are required to make any monthly payments that are due, per the terms of your original loan agreement. Affirm will refund any payments you make while they complete the processing. Unfortunately, they are not able to control how quickly your refund will be processed by Affirm. What if the item I’m in need of is out of stock?
It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes due to high demand, what you’re looking for is out of stock. Click “Get notified” on the product page, and they will email you when it’s available again.
Do you have a warranty?

What is your return & exchange policy?
New, unused, still in the package products can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the purchase date. And after 30 days they will issue store credit. (If you’ve purchased your product from one of their authorized dealers, you’ll have to reach out to that dealer for a return or exchange.)
