When will my order dispatch?
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours from the completion of payment. For multiple orders dispatch time may vary according to availability of stock. Please note orders are dispatched between Mon-Fri, deliveries will be made between Mon-Fri 7 am – 5 pm. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please be aware that orders to delivery addresses other than billing (registered cardholder) addresses will only be processed once critically reviewed by our dispatch department due to security and safety reasons (as per buyer’s responsibility).

I have received wrong item. What should I do?

What is your return policy?
At Incredibledirect they hope you love everything you buy from them, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought they promise to issue you with a full refund on any items returned within 14 days of delivery.
Incredibledirect aim to process all refunds within 21 days and will send you a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Customers will pay for the post and package for returns. Incredible direct ltd will refund the cost of the item and delivery on the condition of the product is returned to them in the same condition in which they were sold.
Please ensure all items are returned to them in the same condition in which they were sold with the refund form completed.
*The item is your responsibility until it reaches them. For your own protection, they advise that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. They will not be held accountable if the product doesn’t reach them and a refund will not be taken in place
