How long does it take for your order to arrive?
Domestic orders usually take between 4 - 10 business days to arrive at your address from the moment you purchase it on their website unless the item is back-ordered, in which case it can then take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Items that are back-ordered will be indicated as back-ordered BEFORE you make a purchase via a small popup message that will appear when you select the size of a back-ordered product so you will be able to know what is currently in stock and what is not before you make a purchase. International orders typically take between 14 - 20 business days to arrive due to the fact that Inkkas shipping centre is located in the US.
I just ordered a pre-ordered item, while it arrive?
Your pre-ordered shoes will be shipped according to the date that was stated on the product page. If you ordered another item in addition to a pre-order one, your whole order will be shipped as soon as your pre-order item is ready to ship.
I got my Inkkas shoes dirty, how should I clean them?
Inkkas do not recommend putting their shoes in the washing machine. Instead, they recommend using a spray-on fabric cleaner to keep your Inkkas clean and lookin’ good.
Will you receive a tracking number once I order a pair of Inkkas?
Yes, of course, You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will enable you to track the shipment from their fulfilment centre to its destination.
What is the return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Inkkas item(s) for an exchange or refund for the cost of the item + return shipping costs free of charge within 7 days after delivery. For any return made between 8-30 days from the date of delivery, you will be required to pay for return shipping costs (appx $9.75 per item). Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to the address on your packing slip along with the return form that is included in your order.
For ALL SALES & CLEARANCE items, you will be required to pay for return shipping costs of your Inkkas for return/exchange unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you choose to exchange, they will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged pair to you.
