How do I book an activity?
First, visit the page of the activity you would like to book. Select the date you wish to book your activity by clicking the calendar icon under the “Availability” heading. Dates in green mean activity places are still available, while dates in grey are no longer available. Click on the date you wish to book and choose the number of adults and children travelling.
How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking, please contact Isango! directly via email or phone so that they can assist you. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the activity’s policy.
What should I do if I’m having trouble making a booking?
Let them know! For security reasons, they can only make a booking on your behalf via phone (please do not send us payment or credit card information via email).
What do I do if my booking is not confirmed by the time the activity starts?
In the unlikely event that you have not received confirmation by the day of the activity, let them know so they can either get in touch with their local partner or cancel the booking and issue a refund. They recommend that you call the local partner 24-48 hours prior to reconfirm all activity details.
What should I do if I forget my password or if my password isn’t working?
If you forget your password, click the forgot password button on their login page and they will reset it for you.
