I didn’t receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent via email to your nominated email address within 24 hours of ordering. If it has been 24 hours and you haven’t received an email, please check your junk/spam folder in your email, or contact Jo Mercer at [email protected]
I haven’t received all the items I’ve ordered?
If this happens, the case might be that your purchase is delivered in multiple parcels due to the fact that the different items arrived from different warehouses. And you don’t have to worry, this does not incur any additional delivery charges. If 7 business days have passed and you haven’t received anything, please contact Jo Mercer at [email protected]
or call on 1300 855 045 with your order details such as order number or email address.
I have received an incorrect item. What should I do?
Email Jo Mercer and advise the incorrect item/s you have received. They can either organise the correct items for you to collect from your nearest store or alternatively,
they can email you an Australia Post returns label which you can use to post the goods back to them at their expense.
