When will my order ship?
Kammok aim to get you geared up as soon as possible. This is a high volume time, so please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. If you ordered a product that is preordered or back-ordered, please refer to the ship date on the product page or in your order details. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email from them with tracking information.
Can I request a product exchange?
If you’d like to exchange your gear, they recommend requesting a return for store credit. Once Kammok receive the returned item, you will receive a store credit code and can place a new order on Kammok.com using your credit.
How do I request a return?
You may request a return for an item within 30 days of purchase at Kammok.com. You can select to return for store credit or refund to the original payment method. Kammok provides free shipping labels to customers in the United States to help facilitate your exchange. However, they are unable to send international shipping labels. You are responsible for shipping back gear to return within 30 days to receive reimbursement.
What is the timeline for returns processing?
Kammok do their best to process returns and exchanges within 5 business days after they are received at their facility. Please keep in mind that they may be backlogged after peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer to process your return during those times.
