What shipping carriers do you use?
LastObject use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email update when your order is dispatched including a tracking number for the delivery. Your order page will also be updated with the tracking number when the order is on the way.
How long will it take to get my order?
US orders take 3-6 days, but they have 2-day option. EU orders take 3-7 days. The rest of the world takes 4-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is the exchange policy?
LastObject only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them pictures or films of the damage to [email protected]
What is the return policy?
Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you’re in the unlikely advent of receiving a product with a flaw or if you experience some kind of flaw on your product, then please send them good pictures or films of the damage to [email protected]
What is the refund policy?
Once your return is received they will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
