Where remediation is not possible or is not effected by you, then at the end of this notice period, Livedrive shall terminate for material breach of these Terms of Use, and no refund of any fees paid will be offered. It shall constitute a material breach of these Terms of Use if Livedrive has a reasonable belief that you:
