What is the payment method?
Lola Products accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Discover Card, Diners Club, and PayPal.
How long does it take to process my orders?
It can take 1 day and rarely takes more than 5-7 business days to reach its furthest destination. Generally speaking, the closer the delivery location is geographically to our shipping warehouse, the faster you will receive your order.
What is the policy for order verification?
If there is missing information or a need to contact you about your order, one of Lola Products customer service reps will get in touch with you to verify your order and/or billing information after the purchase. If you can’t be reached, the order may get delayed or suspended until they are able to ascertain the necessary information. In order to avoid any potential delays in the delivery of your order, please double check all the information entered during the checkout process and be sure to provide us with the best way to reach you within the appropriate fields.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted only within 60 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by Lola Products and require a “Return Authorization Number”. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid in the original cartons clearly marked with the return authorization number provided, they must be unused, undamaged and in sellable condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from original shipment, exclusions apply*.
What about Guarantee?
Lola Products has a 5-year guarantee on any workmanship and/or material defects on certain products for 5 years from the date of first purchase when used for normal household use. If at any time during this period the product fails due to a covered defect, they will repair or replace it at their discretion with a product of equal or greater value, as well as send it to you by Lola Products’ choice of shipping method and carrier.
