How can I track my order?
You may track your order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email. The tracking number has the most recent shipping information. If your package has not arrived within the specified transit time, feel free to contact them.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact them as soon as possible. They will do everything they can to try to accommodate your request. Their shipping department generally processes orders as they come in, so the window to edit or cancel is short.
Do you give a refund of my product?
They will use the same payment method for returning the funds to you as used in the original transaction. The refund will be transferred from Lola&Lykke to you through Svea Payment Oy or the Paypal portal. It takes around 14 working days for them to receive and process your return. When the return is registered, you will receive an email confirmation. They will issue your refund within approximately 2 business days after receiving the returned item. It may take several days for refunds to appear on your account.
