When will my order dispatch?
They aim to dispatch all orders the same day with next day delivery in Ireland and 48 hours to the UK. Orders before 1 pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm and overnight are dispatched the following day. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, they will contact you to offer an alternative or full refund for the item or complete order.
Which carrier service do you use to deliver?
They use DPD, An Post and DHL for deliveries domestic and international.
How can I track my order?
Once they have despatched your order, you will receive a dispatch notification stating your order tracking number, this will be sent to the email address you provided. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our carrier. Using this order tracking number, you can track your order from the An Post website www.anpost.ie
What is your return & exchange policy?
They are happy to accept items returned to them within 30-days of receipt of your order. They will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after the 30-day period will be eligible for an exchange/credit.
Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of Louis Copeland & Sons Limited, and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. Items must be returned to them in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly sale-able condition. Louis Copeland & Sons Limited reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.
