What happens if I do not receive my package?
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your home and with any friends or neighbours that may have accepted the package on your behalf. Next, please notify them at [email protected]
and they will work with the carrier and our storefront partners to open an investigation. Please note that if the carrier finds that there was no mishandling of your package, there is no further action that Luxury Garage Sale is able to take
What if I receive a damaged item?
Luxury Garage Sale do their best to describe an item’s condition as accurately as possible. If you feel that an item you received is not as described, please reach out to let them know within 3 days of your order’s delivery date. They only accept items that have the original tags, including the white Return Security Tag, attached for a return to be considered. All items must be unworn and unwashed.
