Nancy Meyer accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Discover card and PayPal.
What is the shipping method?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order request and are shipped pending order verification and credit card approval. All domestic orders placed before 2 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm PST or outside of business hours are not guaranteed to ship the same day and will be processed the following business day. Orders ship during the business week, Monday through Friday (holidays are not considered business days). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise specified.
Can I track my order?
You may view the status of your order and tracking information anytime by logging into your account. Once you have logged in with your email address and password, select My Account at the top of the page. Select “View Order Status and History” to view your full order history and current tracking details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to shipment. Cancelling an order will result in no charge to your credit card. If you would like to submit a cancellation or modification request, please contact at Nancy Meyer associate at 1-800-605-5098 during business hours as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, they are no longer able to cancel or modify the order. Nancy Meyer Return Policy applies to all shipped orders. If a package is not accepted or refused and returned to them, a store credit will be issued less than the original and return shipment costs. Nancy Meyer cannot be held accountable for Acts of God, i.e. shipping commitments delayed due to inclement weather or other unavoidable occurrences.
What is the return policy?
All returned packages must be received by Nancy Meyer Returns Department within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. When using the enclosed return label included with your package, please allow up to 5 business days for shipment within the 14-day deadline. (Holiday gifts are eligible for an extended return window - see below for holiday return exceptions.) Eligible returns must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.
