I have received a damaged item. What do I do?
If you received a damaged product, please notify them immediately for assistance.
What is the delivery charges?
All U.S. orders include a returns form, along with prepaid postage, as return shipping fees are on them as long as you return the item within thirty days of order placement. Please send the product with its original packing to the address above. If you have misplaced your form and/or the returns label, please visit returns.nantucketwhaler.com, or click here where you can create a new label.
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, they are here to help. Their products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

*Product is in its original packaging
*The product isn’t used or damaged

Can can I change my order?
They reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
