Does Napoleon Perdis ship Internationally?
Napoleon Perdis ships all over the world! The cost of international shipping will be calculated during checkout, depending on your delivery location. Customs fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and are at the customer’s expense.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped from their warehouse, or prepared at a store, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number and the transport service used to be able to track your parcel online.
When should I receive my order?
Their goal is to connect you and your Napoleon Perdis products as soon as possible. Please see below for the usual delivery time frames to your location:
Orders within Australia orders placed within NSW, VIC, QLD & TAS should expect a 3-5 business day turnaround from order confirmation to delivery. Please allow 4-6 days for all orders to South Australia and a 6-8 day turnaround to Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Orders within the USA: all orders placed within the United States should expect a 3-10 business day turnaround, from order confirmation to delivery. International order shipping times will vary depending on the origin of delivery. For accurate delivery times, please visit the designated freight company website (provided on your shipping confirmation email) and enter your order tracking number.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all billing and shipping addresses are correct upon placing your order and on the receipt of your confirmation email. Shipping addresses cannot be amended once an order has been processed.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders being delivered within Australia that comes to a total of $50 or more will receive free shipping. Orders within Australia that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged a shipping fee of $10.
International shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Can I return the order?
Napoleon Perdis will accept product returns if a customer changes their mind within 5 days following their date of purchase. In order to qualify for a change of mind return, product/s must be unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and/or labels intact. If Napoleon Perdis is satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, Napoleon Perdis will provide the customer an online store credit valid to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance to the customer.
Online store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for use on napoleonperdis.com. If Napoleon Perdis is not satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customer’s sole cost. To begin the credit process, follow these 3 simple steps.
*Visit the Contact Us page on napoleonperdis.com and complete the “inquiry form”.
*In the comments section of the “inquiry form”, ensure you provide all details of the return; i.e. product details, online order number, and details surrounding the reason why you wish to return the product/s.
*Within the next business day you will be contacted by a member of the Napoleon Perdis customer service team who will advise of the next steps to help facilitate a return if and where applicable. The above conditions refer to purchases made on napoleonperdis.com and are not applicable to purchases made in-store at Napoleon Perdis concept stores or at any other third-party retailer.
In all cases, proof of purchase is required to facilitate any product return. Shipping fees associated with the return of goods are at the sole responsibility of the customer; the exception to this is where Napoleon Perdis has deemed the product to be faulty where Napoleon Perdis will arrange the method of return at its own cost.
