What payment methods do you accept?
Natori accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover Card, Natori Gift Cards, ApplePay, AmazonPay and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Natori required to collect sales tax in certain states based on the location of the shipment. All applicable taxes will be added to the order total at checkout.
New York. State tax will be added on all clothing items over $110, and on all other products. The local tax depends on the zip code.
New Jersey. State tax will be added to all non-clothing items.
Washington. State tax will be added to all items.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. They ship Internationally.
Can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon departure from Natori warehouse. Your tracking number will be sent to you in a shipment confirmation e-mail. It may take up to 48 hours before your package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. So even though a package may have been shipped by us, it is possible the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours after shipment.
How can I change or cancel the order?
Since they aim to get all orders out as quickly as they can. Processing begins very quickly. Therefore, if you need to change or cancel your order, please let them know immediately. Customer Service hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (ET). Any weekend order that needs to be changed will be done on Monday before it is shipped.
What is your return policy?
Items returned in acceptable condition with a postmark less than 30 days after the delivery date will be credited at item price to the original form of payment(including any tax, but not including express shipping).
