What is New Look’s shipping policy?
- Before you check out, your estimated delivery date will always be clear.
- Express is NZD $41.81 which will arrive in 4-5 working days.
- Standard is NZD $25.08 which will arrive in 9 working days.
- Orders containing full-priced items totalling NZD $108.70 or more are available for free delivery.
How do I track my order?
If you choose their courier service, you can track your order at every stage of the journey (from our warehouse to the door). If you choose their standard delivery service, you can track your order when ordering with them-so you can see if they have processed the order or when it will be shipped. Also, depending on the delivery country/region you choose, your order may be fully tracked-in this case, the tracking number will be provided in the order sending an email.
Please note: The estimated shipping time for orders outside the UK and ROI, if your package is detained by customs, the possible delay will not be considered. Before further investigation, they will ask you to receive your item within 21 days after ordering.
My goods have not arrived yet, where is it?
If your order has not arrived before the estimated delivery date, you can visit the website to check the current status of the order. If you order a product in one of their sales, it will become very busy, so your delivery time may take a while.
What should I do if I am not at the delivery location?
For Standard Delivery - If you think you may not be there at the time of delivery, you have two options:
- You can pre-select to send your order to another address.
- If you are not there, you can ask the delivery driver to put it in a safe place.
To change the delivery address, just enter the new address before checkouts, such as your work address or friend’s residence. To leave delivery instructions when you are away, just fill in the optional “Add Delivery Instructions” box in the “Delivery Options” section at checkout. You can say things like “Leave it in the shed” or “Leave it with my neighbour on the 12th.” For convenience, you can store several different delivery addresses in “My Account”. Just make sure to choose the correct one at checkout.
For Express Delivery:
The courier requires a signature. Anyone can do this through your shipping address-it doesn’t have to be you. If no one comes in, the courier may leave a card asking you to collect the package or reschedule the delivery.
Can it be sent to my work address?
Yes, it can be. Just make sure that someone there can accept the delivery for you, and the courier will deliver to the address instead of that person.
How can I change the website to my location?
It is easy to change the shipping country on their website. For all countries, simply scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click on the mark (see below). A drop-down box will appear and you can select your location from the list. Please note: If your country/region is not on the list, unfortunately, that country/region is not the country/region where they currently ship.
