How do I return my order?
First, you simply have to login and go to the ‘ MY ACCOUNT ’ page. Then, you can then look up the relevant order from the ‘MY TRANSACTIONS’ tab on the right hand side of the page.
Once you are viewing the correct order, click on ‘RETURN’, then select the items that you wish to return ensuring to complete the rest of the form. If you would like to return more than one item from the order please click on ‘Add item to return’.
When you’re finished click ‘submit’. You will then receive an email with the details of your return including the address for where you should send your items back to.
How can I pay for my order?
All major credit cards, PayPal, ZipPay and Apple Pay payments are accepted at ONETEASPOON.
How do I use my store credit?
If you have a Store Credit, first ensure that you are logged in at the checkout. Simply click “apply” next to any Store Credits you wish to use, and the amount of Store Credit selected will be used against your order. However, if your items total more than your Store Credit value you will be prompted to pay the difference using your local site’s other available payment methods. The store Credit balance can be checked anytime in My Account.
What is the time limit for returning an item?
You must return your items back to us within 30 days from receiving your package. ONETEASPOON suggest using a trackable shipping service to return your items, and you’ve include a copy of the returns paperwork so that ONETEASPOON know they are your items.
