How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations are subject to the store’s cancellation policy. To cancel your order, please contact the store where you made your purchase. If you have an outstanding Klarna balance and your cancellation hasn’t registered by the due date, please contact them for further assistance.

When will my order be delivered/shipped?
Your order will be shipped by the store from which you made the purchase. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please contact the retailer to obtain tracking information.
When will my payment post?
Payments made by 8:00 pm EST will post the same day. Payments made after 8:00 pm EST will post the following day. You should expect funds to clear your bank account within 1-3 business days. For check payments, please allow 5-7 business days for your check to get to them.
