How do I track my order?
Once your order is on the way to you, they’ll email a dispatch confirmation which will include your tracking details.
What is your return policy?
They currently don’t offer free returns outside of the UK, so return postage will need to be covered by yourself. They recommend using a tracked service for your own security, with delivery confirmation. Please note that products are your responsibility until they have reached them with confirmed arrival.
How can I return faulty items?
If the product you’ve received isn’t quite up to scratch or has developed a manufacturing fault, they’d really like the opportunity to get this right for you. They hate to see a wasted product, so please note that they never send any faulty items to landfills. They will either be repaired, reused or recycled.
