WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
They currently accept over 50 local payment options. Available payment methods are based on your shipping country and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders placed by 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be processed the same day. All other orders will be processed on the next business day. They do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information. For orders shipped within the US, orders will be delivered by FedEx. All other orders will be shipped through DHL. Please note that tracking details may not be available until the package has been received and scanned into the courier’s system.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification (if applicable) with your tracking number. If you have a SCHUTZ account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders. Once your order has updated from “Unfulfilled” to “Fulfilled”, the FedEx or DHL tracking information will be displayed. You can always contact us if you have any questions about the status or delivery of your order.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For eligible US orders, you can easily request a prepaid return label through their Online Returns Portal by entering your order number sent to you in your email confirmations along with the billing address originally used to place the order.
For eligible international orders, please contact their Customer Care team with the details of your order and item(s) you wish to return.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?
Unfortunately, they are unable to offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
