What payment methods do you accept?
Seed Pantry accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
When do grow club subscription boxes get sent to me?
Seed Pantry are shipped from the 12th to the 20th each month and after this date for new subscribers.
Can I pause or cancel my grow club subscription anytime?
Yes, it’s a flexible service where you can pause or cancel anytime. Please do this before the 5th day of the month for the current box as new orders are raised on the 6th day each month. If you act this after the date then next months box will be paused or cancelled. You can see the deactivate and unsubscribe buttons underneath the monthly options in your grow club subscription customer admin area.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, in most cases orders should be made via the website, but if you would like to call them then please do so from 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and they will take your order there and then - see the phone number on the website footer.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
If you should change your mind you can visit their contact them the page to request amends to the order or to cancel all /part of your order. If your order has been delivered and you would like to return it, you should return the items undamaged in the original packaging. They will then refund you the cost of the products after receipt and further inspection. For more information visit their delivery & returns page.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Seed Pantry cannot accept returns or exchanges on Grow Club items that are perishable that should be opened and cared for or planted straight away on arrival. These items would not survive long periods of time in the packaging as well as return journeys through the mail. Also, items that were purchased on sale or special offers. If you are not happy with your product, please email [email protected] and tell them about your concerns.
Returned items must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and seals intact. All returns must be approved by Seed Pantry - in the event of a return, please contact them via email to [email protected] Upon receiving and processing the return, Seed Pantry will provide a refund or a replacement item.
