How can I track my package?
Tracking information can be found by logging into My Account. If you placed an order without signing up for an account, you’ll need your Web Order ID contained in the order confirmation email from Smarthome. Enter your Web Order ID and billing zip code on the Order Status page.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of the original shipped date, and they will replace it or refund the cost of the item. After 30 days the product falls under the manufacturer warranty and therefore product replacements must be resolved through the manufacturer.
