Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email from them to let you know your order has been picked, packed, and is on the way. You will also receive email updates from Shippit letting you know the status of your delivery.
A product has disappeared from my cart?
They recommend processing your order as quickly as possible to ensure you don’t miss out. If a product has disappeared you can request restock your size and they will email you as soon stock arrives.
What if I haven’t received an order confirmation?
Please check your junk/spam mailbox and also check the funds have been taken from the payment.
What is your returns policy?
*All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit
* Full-priced items returned will be processed with FREE shipping for your next order
* Sale items can be returned, however, they will not be eligible for FREE express shipping
* Items must be returned in their original condition, i.e unworn, unwashed and with all tags/buttons attached
* Any items received by St Frock that are not in keeping with the above will be returned to you
* For hygiene reasons they are unable to accept returns for exchange on earrings, underwear, swimwear or hats
* In line with Australian Consumer Law, they will refund, replace or repair faulty items
* If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the fault/photo of the tag of the incorrect item and they will sort this out for you ASAP!
* If you have placed an order outside of Australia please contact them to organize a return. They do not cover the return postage for International Orders.
Do I need to pay for my return?
When returning items back to them you will need to cover the cost of postage.
What if I just want to exchange an item?
At this stage, they don’t offer a direct exchange, but if you need a new item within a certain time frame definitely contact them and they will do their best to help you.

They currently accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay
