What is the shipping processing time?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If they are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, they will contact you via email or telephone.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What items are returnable?
Items purchased in the last 30 days.
Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
