What about shipping for bulky items?

Bulky items may not be sent via Express Post and may instead be sent by a courier service of Tiny People's preference. Some products are only available for delivery within Australia due to their size and or fragile composition. I cannot find anything I like to exchange my item for, what happens now?

You can obtain a store credit which is valid for 6 months. In approved instances where a return is granted a 20% restocking fee may be charged to cover Tiny People's costs, such as full shipping, merchant charges and handling costs.

Do I need an exchange reference number?

Yes, please include your return accepted email and order number with your return. This number ensures that Tiny People can easily identify the exchange transaction.

Where do I send my items?

Tiny People return address details will be provided automatically once your return is approved in their portal. Please include a pre-paid postage satchel for all exchanges. Alternatively, Tiny People can provide one for $9.95.
