Toffs aim to process your return within 1-2 days of receiving the parcel. They will refund you the same day the return is processed, however, it can take 1-3 working days to show in your bank account.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to them in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Toffs can exchange the item for a different size/colour or offer you a refund.

Before you send your item back to them, please contact Toffs to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) with your reason for returning e.g. Exchange for size Small. Please return the item(s) and the original invoice to the following address:
