What payment methods do you accept?
YourZooki accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Discover Card, Diners Club, and Amex.
What are the delivery times?
* Standard: 2-3 working days
* Express: Order before 5 pm Mon-Fri for next working day delivery.
* International: 2-7 days. Always tracked, but shipping times do vary.
Can I exchange the item?
YourZooki only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@yourzooki.com and they will guide you from there.
What is your return policy?
YourZooki policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unless the goods are spoiled they are only eligible for return if the seal remains intact. To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, YourZooki will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
