Can I return Worn Shoes?
They know you want to try out your Zeba to make sure they fit comfortably, so try them on a clean, carpeted or tile surface to confirm the correct size and style. Shoes must be in the same condition you received them to be eligible for a refund or exchange, so dirty shoes or shoes are worn outside cannot be returned.
When will I get my refund?
Once they receive your item, and return requirement (stated above) met, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 days, but it may be longer depending on your card issuer’s policies. For the most part, refunds should appear on your statement within 3-4 business days. They typically issue a refund within a few days of receiving your return.
Which Items are not eligible for a refund?
*Socks. They cannot refund sock purchases. Purchases for socks are final.
*Damaged/and or used merchandise
*Returns over 14 calendar days from when they were received.

What is your return policy?
Customers have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in otherwise excellent condition. Your item must be in the original packaging (You must have the original box). Customers are responsible for shipping their returns back to them. They
recommend using the USPS when shipping as they’re usually the fastest and cheapest.
