How do I purchase a ZenMate subscription?
You can easily sign up for a ZenMate account directly. If you already have an account, you can Log In by clicking on the login button at the right upper corner of the page.
How do I cancel my ZenMate subscription?
ZenMate is subscription-based, which means a recurring payment. If you do not wish to continue with your subscription, you have the choice to cancel it before the due date.
By cancelling your subscription any upcoming payments are stopped. However, your account will remain as Ultimate until the expiry date.
I have a paid-for my ZenMate Subscription but I still can’t access all features and locations, what to do?

Can I get a refund for my ZenMate subscription?
As stated in their Refund Policy and Terms of Service, every user has the right of revocation without any given reason within 30 days from the purchase of the subscription.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to make sure that the limit of 30 days has not been exceeded from the subscription has been purchased as otherwise the refund request will fall outside of the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and you will not qualify for a refund.
