Zookal accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Where does Zookal ship?
Zookal only ships their physical products within New Zealand.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your parcel. Add products to your cart and use their Shipping Estimator on the cart page to calculate shipping based on your postcode.
When will I receive my order?
Once dispatched from their Distribution Center located in Australia, it can take anywhere from 4-to 7 business days to be delivered to a New Zealand address. However, please allow an additional 2-3 business days above the usual timeframes due to the recent pandemic situation and customs clearance process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from their Distribution Center in Australia, you will receive a notification email including your order tracking information. Should you have any questions about your order, please contact their support team for assistance.
What happens if the items I receive are incorrect, damaged or faulty?
For any order you may receive that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, their support team must hear from you as soon as reasonably possible from the date you received said item. Evidence of the incorrect or damaged item may be requested from you, including the return of the item itself.
Return Authorization forms are required for any returned item. Please note that they cannot process your request without a Return Authorization form. These forms can be obtained from their Customer Care team.
Zookal may decide to organise an alternate solution at no cost to you in order for the item to be returned.
