As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry.

What is your return policy?
At Arms Of Eve, they want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so their returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible. They offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items (with the exception of earrings*) that have been unworn and in their original condition and packaging 14 days from the date of receipt. Only store credits, no refunds.
They do not offer any returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
