Once your tracking number is updated for the first time (usually 24-48 hours after you've received a shipping notification from Chubbies), you will be able to see the carrier's estimated delivery date for your order. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be delivered by UPS or Priority USPS, and orders with standard shipping will be shipped via DHL and delivered by the USPS.
Yes. Chubbies ships internationally.
Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address that you provided at checkout. Click the "Track Your Order" button and you'll be able to follow your order all the way from their shipping centre to your mailbox. Orders placed with expedited shipping will usually be delivered by UPS, and orders with standard shipping will be shipped via DHL and delivered by the USPS. It generally takes around 24 hours for tracking info to display properly on the UPS/DHL/USPS websites.
In order to start an exchange or return, just head to exchanges.chubbiesshorts.com. To get started, all you'll need is your order number and the shipping zip code from the original order. If you don't know your order number, you can usually locate the seven-digit number by searching for your order confirmation email in your inbox. If you are making an exchange on a previous exchange, your order number should start with an XR. If you are still not able to find it, you can contact them at support@chubbies.com.
They are happy to accept exchanges on all eligible items within 90 days of purchase, and refunds on orders within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges within the US are FREE!
