Converse accept payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Where do you deliver to?
Converse currently only ships within Australia and New Zealand.
When will I receive my order?
Allow an extra 2 to 3 days to regional or remote areas. Allow up to 7 days for PO Box orders.
How do I return my order?
They want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you change your mind, they will happily refund the product purchase price of any unworn merchandise so long as you return it and a copy of your receipt in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Lastly, they just ask that the items are returned and received within 30 days of your original order date.
How can I exchange my order?
Ensure item(s) unworn in original packaging and in resellable condition. Ensure Item(s) unwashed/unaltered and with original tags. Complete your returns form with the relevant details and include it on your returns packaging (You can find this form on the back of your invoice or print off your own returns form here).
