Fresh Start accepts all major Credit/Debit Card.
Fresh Start delivers within the NZ.
Their delivery days are Saturday, Sunday or Monday depending on your location and what product you are ordering. Their main delivery times are Sunday afternoons and evenings, however, for some suburbs in Auckland and Wellington they're able to offer Monday afternoons. With their regional service, they deliver on Saturdays and Mondays between 7 am and 5 pm.
In order to create your food bag each week, their team starts sourcing immediately after orders lock at Sunday midnight. Once the ingredients for your bag have started to be sourced, they are unable to accept cancellations after this point.
They process all refunds immediately. Depending on your bank’s processes, it can take as little as a few hours or up to 10 business days for a refund to appear back in your account.
If you happen to have an item missing from your bag, firstly, please accept their apologies and let them know right away.
