gobaplay is totally committed to happy customers. At gobaplay they are confident they deliver a quality product. If, for some reason, within 30 days of receiving your new products, you need to return them, gobaplay will happily exchange your gobaplay product for another size that suits your family better, or if needed, refund your purchase based on their return policy.
If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, you can cancel (without charges) if it has not been shipped. Please call them at 1800 586 772 to determine if your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, please rest assured that you can return any unwanted items after you receive them in accordance with their return policy.
Their products are recommended for use by children aged three and up. Parental supervision is required for children of all ages.
They currently have our round swing available for purchase separately, but unfortunately, they are unable to offer their other accessories separately at this stage.
