What payment methods do you accept?
Invicta Stores accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Carte Bleue, Giropay, Sofortbanking, Klarna (pay later), and PayPal.
How do I track my order?
You will receive confirmation of the shipment by email or text message. This e-mail contains the tracking number to follow your shipment.
What delivery options can I choose from?
You can choose one of the following delivery options via the secured portal of FedEx or DHL:
*Delivery on a date of your choice
*Delivery to the neighbours
*Delivery on a different address
*A pick-up point (not available in every country)
What happens to my order if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
The deliverer will leave you a note and will try to deliver the package again the next working day. In total, the deliverer will make three attempts to deliver the package.
How do I return my order?
*Fill in the return form. In case you didn’t receive a return form, or lost it you can download it here.
*Carefully pack the item(s) including the return form for shipping. Please use the original watch box and packaging.
*In case you don’t have the original packaging anymore, use another decent box.
*Stick the return label on the outside of the package.
*Contact FedEx to schedule a pick up at your address or bring the package FedEx service point nearby.
How long does it take for my return and refund to be processed?
Your return will be processed within 7 days upon received. As soon as they have processed your return, you will receive an automated email from them and the refund will be initiated. Depending on the payment method it might take a few days for the amount to appear on your bank account. Refunds can only be made via the same method you used to pay for your order.
