How to add an order?
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is not likely to add additional items or adjust quantities. Nevertheless, if you’ve already placed your order and would like additional items, get in touch with their Customer Service team and they’ll see what they can do.
How to know order status and delays?
You can check the status of your order by going to the ‘Order History’ section of ‘Your Account’. Moo.com will tell you if your order is being processed, printed, or has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you can also track your shipment via the tracking link and number provided within the dispatch email.
If your order hasn’t arrived, remember that their delivery estimates are estimates, and can be subject to a little variation. If your order hasn’t arrived 5 working days after the estimated arrival date please get in touch with their customer service team who can investigate.
What about collecting my order?
Moo.com do not offer any collection options within the UK. There are various shipping options available at checkout and you can use their Cost Calculator to estimate turnaround times and cost.
