They hope you are happy with your purchase, but if something doesn’t quite work for you then don’t worry they will happily offer you a refund, exchange it for something else or even offer you a credit note.

Please note that online orders and in-store purchases are subject to different return/exchange policies. Please see below for relevant returns
You have 14 days to return it to them from the day of your order. Please allow them up to 24 hours to respond to your request.
Please note: Items can only be returned to us in their original condition and original brand packaging and must have the Oxygen Boutique Returns Label still attached. Only new, unused, and unworn items will be considered for return.
Please also note: in-store purchases are not returnable and non-refundable. They cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on items returned to them after 14 days. If you choose a slower delivery service then it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure a return gets back to them within the time frame of 14 days. If you are returning an item that you received free shipping on, they will deduct $4.85 from the refund when it arrives.
Lingerie, earrings, and hair accessories are not returnable.
For any canceled orders there will be a$24.53 cancellation charge. Please note that they are not able to cancel orders on Elvie products once ordered. Sale items of 75% or more are not returnable. They are final sale.
Teami Skincare Fridges:
The unit is manufactured according to North American voltage specifications. Fridge ONLY works on 100-120V. The fridge will sustain damage and the warranty will not be valid if the unit is plugged into a 220-230V outlet. Please package your returns well ensuring your items will not be damaged in transit, Oxygen Boutique is not responsible for any damages occurred during transit. For international orders, customers are responsible for returns taxes, and please make sure you allow enough time to meet to 14 day return period.
Collect in Store Orders - They will send a dispatch email when your order is ready to be collected in store. Your 14-day return policy starts from the date they dispatch the order. ‘Collect in Store’ orders become non-returnable and non-refundable once it has been picked up.
