They will assess your claim and endeavour to address your concerns as soon as possible. You will be advised of the next step(s), including whether or not to send the goods back to them. Please do not send your purchased products back to the manufacturer.
How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as they have received your product/s and they are satisfied with the condition of the products, they will process a refund and provide a confirmation email. Please note that it may take a day or two for your refund to appear in your account.
