What is Adrift's shipping policy?
After you receive order confirmation, Adrift know it can be hard to resist the itch to check your post box daily! Their warehouse team always aim to get your order off as speedy as possible but sometimes there can be delays.
Delivery times for international orders can vary from 1 - 3 weeks, depending on your location. If you would like a more specific time frame please contact them.
Standard Delivery – Flat Rate of AUD $15 (NZD $16.18)with full tracking.
If you think your order is taking longer than usual, Adrift advise checking the product description for a potential dispatch date or dropping them an email at queries@adrift.com.au
What is Adrift returns policy?
Full priced products can be returned for a store credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Adrift do not offer exchanges on international orders - orders to New Zealand.
Within Australia – Express orders can take between 1-3 business days. Standard Delivery can take between 3 – 10 days depending on your location. Adrift have found that deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory generally take between 6 and 10 days to arrive.

Please note it can take up to two weeks from the date you post your items for your refund/exchange to be processed.
Adrift are terribly sorry that you have received the wrong item. If you can please contact their customer care team with your order number, they will happily send you the correct item with a prepaid postage label to return the incorrect item.
If you have received your order but an item is missing, please double check that the item is not on pre-order. To do this you simply need to check the description of the item on their website. If it is not a pre-order item please call their customer care team and they will organise an immediate dispatch of your item.
