All New Zealand orders are shipped via DHL from Aje.'s warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed, before it is shipped. A $15 flat-rate applies to all standard shipping and will take between 5 - 7 business days to reach your destination. Aje. offer free shipping all orders over $150 NZD. Customs fees may apply if the value of your order is over NZ$1000.

What is Aje.'s returns policy?

Full-priced Items

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit when returned to them within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date. Please note, Aje. are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Sale Items

Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, Aje. are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. Aje. do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy unless the item is deemed as faulty.
