What is Brian Tracy payment method?

When can I expect my international purchase to arrive?
Due to varying customs regulations, please allow 2-5 weeks for international packages to arrive.
How are shipping costs calculated?
They charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form before you place your order.
How are items shipped?
Brian Tracy use USPS for all orders placed. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, they may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. This is dependent upon your location.
What is the return policy?
The product must be returned in the same condition it was received. Brian Tracy International (BTI) offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase on all products unless specifically stated. Items must be returned complete and undamaged.
Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. If you do not have either of these, please include your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address, and phone number.

Refunds for the price of the product will be made within 7-14 days. Refunds are made to the purchasing credit card. If the card has expired, please let them know the new expiration date in order to expedite your refund.
