Can I exchange the item?
They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them an email at [email protected]
and send your item to Bridget’s Boutique, Unit 3 Norman Court, Albion Road, Carlton Industrial Estate, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S71 3TE, UK.
When will I get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of the goods back by them.
What is your return policy?
They want you to be happy with each and every purchase you make from Bridget’s Boutique, but they do understand that on occasions an item may be unsuitable or you may simply change your mind. Therefore, they offer a 21 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

*With all tags/labels still attached
*In the same ‘as new’ condition that you received it with no signs of wear and tear
