Where does Buckle ship?
Buckle ships within selected countries provided during checkout.
When will my order ship?
Standard ground orders typically ship within 48 hours of the order being placed. Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. CT will be processed and shipped the same day (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails as items may ship from separate locations.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. From there, you will be able to view detailed tracking updates. You can also choose to receive text updates for your order by entering your phone number. If, for some reason, you don’t receive that email, please contact guest.services@buckle.com and they can assist you.
Can I return my Buckle order to a Buckle store?
Yes, orders placed on Buckle may be returned to any Buckle store location.
* Items must be within 60 days of purchase.
* Make sure all items are in original, unworn condition.
* All vendor and price tags must be attached.
* Bring the packing slip associated with the order. If you do not have the packing slip, please have the confirmation email for the order handy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders placed on Buckle can not be cancelled or changed once submitted. Once you receive your order, simply return any items you do not want by following their Return Instructions.
When will my refund for my return reflect on my card?
Depending on your banking institution, they expect refunds to be reflected on your card within 3-5 business days. Please contact your bank if you have not received your funds after 5 business days from processing.
