How much does shipping cost?
Clearly Filtered always offer free shipping everywhere in the United States. For international orders, the cost of shipment will be automatically calculated once you begin the checkout process. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost once you enter your address but before you make any payment.
When is my order processed?
Orders are processed in their warehouse within 24–48 business hours. Their warehouse only operates Monday–Friday and does not operate during holidays.
How does the filter subscription work?
The filter subscription is a personalized, flexible way to get automatic shipments for your replacements filters. All filter subscriptions offer a 10% discount on your replacement filters with free shipping in the U.S.
Part of my order arrived damaged. How can I replace it?
In order to assure the highest quality standards possible, each order is inspected for defects prior to shipping. This makes defects incredibly rare. However, if you feel that the item is defective, it may be eligible for a replacement if they determine it is due to faulty workmanship or materials. Clearly Filtered offers a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or damage caused by tampering/misuse of the item. This warranty does not cover filters. Should your Clearly Filtered item be damaged through unconventional use, they will replace it for half the current retail price plus applicable sales tax.
What’s your return policy?
Clearly Filtered offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If for any reason you are not in love with your new Clearly Filtered product, you can return it for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer to return the product. If there is any evidence to suggest the item was improperly used in any way, the product will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required for any refund. They are unable to accept returns on purchases older than 60 days, nor are they able to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except clearlyfiltered.com. Returns that are not accompanied by the proof of purchase or are made 31-60 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for store credit. No credits will be issued for purchases that are older than 60 days.
What is the subscription cancellation policy?
This program does not constitute a contract, there are no termination fees. You may cancel your subscription in the customer portal or by emailing them at info@clearlyfiltered.com. Cancellations made through your customer portal must be submitted by 4:00 pm EST 1 business day before your next order is scheduled to process. Cancellation requests via email must be submitted by 4:00 pm 1 business day before your next order is scheduled to process. If you cancel after the cutoff, you will still receive and be charged for the next shipment. Subscription orders can be returned via their return policy.
